Shipping and Return Policy

1. Shipping within India

We ship orders within two working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sunday or holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.

Some exceptions:

  • In case you've ordered more than five pieces of the same product, OR if the item ordered is marked under pre-order or in production, it may take longer to process your order.
  • During busy periods such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in processing your order.
  • For items not in stock, it could take 2-6 weeks for the item to be dispatched.

We will keep you informed in all of these cases via email or call.

Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

COVID IMPACT

We are shipping Pan-India and aim to deliver your orders within 5-7 working days. However, services may be affected in some parts of the country, resulting in delays. Please bear with us during this time.

2. International Shipping

We ship to most countries outside India, particularly in the USA, Europe, Singapore, and the Middle East.

  • The shipping and delivery costs are to be borne by the customer for international shipments. There may also be handling charges since our products must go through airport clearance in India.
  • These costs depend on the weight of the consignment as well as the country/zone of delivery; they will be indicated on the Checkout screen when you’re completing the order on www.kinderpillar.com.
  • If you are placing an international order, please provide the proper import documents required in the delivery country. You will also be solely responsible for getting clearance in case customs authorities to stop the consignment in the country of delivery.
  • Owing to numerous variables, including each country’s prerequisites and the customer’s import clearance documents, we cannot estimate the time of delivery of products for international shipments.

3. Returns, refunds & more

All the kinderpillar products are unique and are built to perfection. If in case you receive a damaged product or change your mind about an order placed, we are happy to help you.

3.1 Cancellation Policy
In case you want to cancel an order, please email info@kinderpillar.com or call us on 8559055555 within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped out. If you place a cancellation request after 24 hours of ordering the product, we will be unable to recall it.

Kinderpillar toys reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case an incorrect price is listed or for any other reason. In such a situation, we will update you via email or call and refund 100% of any payment you may have made.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customer’s side, any extra costs incurred by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.

3.2 Returns Policy
We accept return requests within 48 hours of order placement for non-consumables only. Return requests placed after 48 hours of order placement are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and it is required of you to make sure that you are returning the product for a genuine reason.

If the product is damaged

If you receive a damaged product, please email us the photo of the received product and the Order ID to info@kinderpillar.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. We can offer you a replacement, repair, or refund.

  • If you choose to get a replacement, we will pick up and replace the product free of cost.
  • If you get a refund instead of a replacement for a defective/damaged product, it will be credited to your original payment method within seven working days.
  • If the product is repairable, we are happy to help you with that at no additional cost. You will need to bear only the cost of shipping the product to us and getting it shipped back to you after repairs are made.

Our products are designed to be sturdy and crafted with care. However, they may break or suffer damages if handled roughly. If the product gets damaged after use (two or more weeks after purchase), we will not be able to accept a return or offer a refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject return requests from customers in case of frequent returns from them (> 3 returns in a financial year). Some pin codes are also not feasible for a reverse pickup, in which case we will need to ask you to ship it back to us. We do not offer reverse pickups outside India.

If you didn’t like the product

Please write to care@Kinderpillar.in within 72 hours of receiving the product. You will need to ship the product(s) to us at the following address, along with your name and Order ID.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will give you a refund in the form of store credit on Kinderpillar, which must be availed within six months of the delivery of the product.

4. Using coupons & offers

  • Kinderpillar coupons are applicable only on purchases made on www.kinderpillar.com
  • You may use only one coupon code per order.
  • Products on slashed pricing are not eligible for further discounts.
  • Some coupon codes come with an expiry date; please make sure you use them before their validity expires.
  • Some coupon codes exclude certain categories, such as books
